Contact us

One inbox for everything. Whether it's a partnership, a correction or a security report, it all goes to the same place. We'll reply as best we can; we can't promise within a few hours, but we will read it.

How to reach us

All contact goes to one inbox: [email protected]. Whatever it's about, send it here:

  • General enquiries — partnerships, press, privacy questions, or anything else.
  • Content corrections — something wrong or out of date, or more accurate official information. We'll check it, correct it, and log the date in our corrections record.
  • Security reports — a security issue with this site itself (for example a page behaving oddly, or a suspected clone). Please describe clearly what you saw, on which page, and how to reproduce it.

Including the page URL and the problem you spotted saves us a lot of time.

About replies

We don't make promises like "reply within 24 hours", because promising what we can't deliver is just dishonest. In practice: we'll reply as best we can, and corrections and security reports usually get looked at first. If you wrote in and heard nothing, you can try again after a while.

The most important thing, please remember: we won't DM you, and we won't ask for your password, SMS code or seed phrase. All of our outbound contact happens only through the chainscamindex.com inbox above. Anyone DMing you on social media or a messaging app in the name of "Chain Scam Index" and asking for your account details or seed phrase is not us — treat it as a scam.

Worth checking before you write

If your question is "is this person claiming to be official real?" or "is this link a phishing site?", you can actually verify it yourself, and faster. Start with verifying Binance official channels to check an identity, use the look-alike domain checker to compare a URL character by character, or browse the matching tactic in all entries. If something has already gone wrong, read the first 4 things to do after a scam and take the steps that limit the damage first.
