This is a static information website

Chain Scam Index is a static information website — in plain terms, a set of pages for you to read, with no member system, no login, no comment box and no forms to fill in. We don't require, and don't provide, any feature that asks you to enter a personal account or password. You come, you read, you leave, with nothing to hand over.

What we don't collect and won't ask you for

• Your exchange account, password or verification code — we have nowhere for you to log in to anything, so of course we don't collect these, and we'll never ask for them.
• Your wallet seed phrase or private keys — at no time, on no page, will we ask you to enter these. If you see a page asking for your seed phrase in the name of "Chain Scam Index", that's an impersonation scam.
• Personal details you'd fill in — the site has no form for you to submit a name, phone number or address.

This is the core stance of the whole site: an anti-scam site, of all things, must not become another hole that asks you to hand over your data.

Basic access logs that may be produced

An honest note about something technically unavoidable: this site may be served via a content delivery network (CDN, such as Cloudflare). When your browser connects to the site, the CDN and the server, for operational and security reasons, may produce standard access logs, which typically include technical information such as IP address, browser type (User-Agent), access time and the page requested.

A few things to be clear about here:

• The use of these logs is limited to site operations and security protection (for example guarding against attacks and diagnosing faults), not to identifying you personally or tracking your browsing habits.
• How this data is specifically handled is governed by the respective privacy policies of the CDN provider. Providers such as Cloudflare have their own public privacy notices, which we suggest you also consult.
• We don't go out of our way to piece these technical logs together with any data that could identify you personally.

Cookies and tracking

We do not load Google Analytics before you agree. Optional analytics starts only with your permission and is not used for personalized advertising. You can withdraw through Analytics settings at any time. Tool inputs are not submitted as analytics data.

This site contains links to third-party websites — chiefly Binance (via our invite link, which goes straight to Binance's official sign-up page), as well as block explorers, technical documentation and so on. Those sites have their own privacy policies and are outside this site's control. Once you leave this site and enter them, how your data is handled is governed by that site's privacy policy.
